Within a couple of days of releasing "Community Worship, Volume 1", we were contacted by 95.9 The Light (WNPQ-FM) requesting an interview and expressing interest in playing "Beautiful Jesus" on their station.

Since songs on the radio are typically under 4 minutes, we quickly edited down a new version of the song.



"This song was written during a time of revelation I was having about God's goodness. Many of the people around me were struggling with sin that they thought was 'unforgivable'. The truth is that the blood of Jesus covers us and brings us back into a complete relationship with Him. I thank my BEAUTIFUL King for all that He has done.

The basic melody was in my head for this song but most of the musical genius came from my worship team at Malone. One night we all came together and I played the basic tune and they all had ideas of their own that really made this song special." - Esperanza Brown
