about
"When beginning to write this song, my goal was just to write a song. At the time, I didn't really care about what it was about. However, our "creator so glorious" was not going to let me off the hook like that and as I began writing He truly revealed Himself to me. He had me contemplating the magnitude of His power and glory and how all of creation cannot help but bow down in awe to Him. As the song progresses, there is a shift from the idea of the mightiness of God to how this great and powerful God shows us all grace that goes beyond anything we could possibly imagine. Regardless of what we have done and what we will do He meets us where we are at and makes us clean. Glory be to our God who takes the broken, battered, beaten and tattered and makes us one in Him." -Natali Masters
lyrics
Creator so glorious, creation bows down
Heaven and Earth resound of Your wonderful ways
Grace beyond mercy, how can that be;
That an undeserving wretch can be made clean?
Hallelujah, the world rejoice
Hallelujah, in one great voice
Hallelujah, we lay down our pride
God omnicent, all-sufficient
Love has made us new
Broken, tattered, beaten, battered,
Yet made one in You
